There's a scary man with a gun in the house, they lock themselves in a closet and call the police, and the police come and stab them with knives. XD Yes.

What if someone rigged a car so there was a boxing glove on a spring in the air bag compartment instead of an airbag.
This idea has had me laughing for hours. I mean... they get into a crash and expect to be saved, but they just get punched in the face.
XD

Haha. I know it's only September. But I was just thinking. It felt different last year and when Christmas was gone it was like, "...that was it?"
Plus, my family really gets into Christmas. So much, even, that we start early. Usually we start listening to Christmas tunes around mid October.
I suppose it would have something to do with less family members, Genus. In the last few years one of my uncles moved, taking my cousins with him. And another uncle got a divorce, which means those cousins aren't with us on Christmas. I mean, last Christmas the only kids at the family get together were my siblings and I. I guess it sort of feels... empty. I dunno... I'll try a few things you guys mentioned. I haven't watched Rudolph or Frosty in forever.

Ever since I've my freshman year of high school, I've sort of lost that cheery Christmas feeling that kids get around December. That makes me sad, because December has always been my favorite time of the year because of that feeling. I mean... the scent of a Christmas tree or a familiar Christmas tune can sometimess summon up some nostalgia, but other times I have to force it and it just doesn't feel right.
It sort of depresses me and I think that if it's this hard to feel that Christmasy feeling again, will it eventually dissappear as I get older? Will December just be another month of the year?
So, yeah... As September's closing and December is inching ever closer I'm hoping maybe the Central California fall weather (overcast and rainy) and maybe a cup of hot cocoa will stir up some feelings.

That's odd. Today I was in the breakroom at Target (I work there ) and someone was talking about hardlines and I wondered the same thing.

Aha... that's hilarious. What's even funnier is that people that send these out think it's going to work on some level.

Who does it? And if you do, is there a way to explain how? I think it'd be an interesting endeavor.

But... but what if you eat a small breakfast. Like one pea or something. And then you're hungry five minutes later. Is that lunch?

If I remember correctly, my video game initiation was standing on the crumbling cliff in Green Hill Zone too long and landing on spikes. Mom thought the noise was an earthquake. >.<
