The Megaman game really does look more like a DS Game, and I don't think I could play all through BoF 3 again. Got up to the final areas of the game, but the damn mem card got corrupted. I'm hoping to pick up a PSP when it launches in Europe, but I'll probably give these a miss. I would doubt they will be anything more than straight ports, which is a shame (I'd rather have a brand new BoF-PSP and a new MM Legends game would be cool).

Jesus Christ, Blaze, that's not even 1/10th into the game. Can't even become a dragon yet!

It's true. This is why I to this day say Secret of Mana's boring =P Though, in all fairness, I was in a pissy mood for the 5 minutes I played it.

Yeah, that's the reaction I got from the other person I told. Maybe I should actually sit down and properly play that game, as I loved Seiken Densetsu 3 (albeit, didn't get very far in it - not an RPG man).

Yeah, first impressions are pretty much everything. Like how the start of CastleVania: Harmony of Dissonance really sucks. To be completely honest, some of the later parts of the game are kind of fun, but... I had to force myself to get into the game. Any game that you have to force yourself to get into at the start can't be that good. Also, the walking/running animations of the characters in HoD look weird. And what the hell is up with that blue glow around your character? Edit: Clarification of what I was talking about.

I got that with Metroid. Despite much trying, I always got lost in the NES metroid, and because of that, I never touched the SNES version until somewhere close before or after Prime's release.

Hey, I quit Legend of Dragoon after an hour of playing it, but in my defense it really was a crap-ass game.

I've wanted a Megaman game on DS since it release.
Well, there's always .EXE...
The DS needs fighting games. A .EXE fighting game would so rule. Customisable character models would be pretty swoa. Something along the lines of RCR EX, but with robot masters.

The dragon system kicked butt in Breath of Fire 3. You had all these different dragon combinations you could create and it wasn't as too easy keep the Dragon form like it was in the first game nor was it a cheap rip-off like it was in BoF2.

Definitely. As soon as you got the dragon form, it was amazingly fun. Especially once you got the Warrior gene (don't remember the exact name)

Best dragon related RPG ever = Bahamut Lagoon. I was introduced to this by a certain H Hog, and it remains as one of the few RPGs that I've properly loved playing. Best battle system ever.

You mean including Panzer Dragoon Saga?

Well, I don't play many RPGs (and thus haven't played Panzer Dragoon Saga), so I'm just going to say yes. I really do like Bahamut Lagoon - it's advance wars meets Final Fantasy =P

Surely wouldn't N64 ports be pretty much destined for the DS? Odd choice, there. I hear MM64 has a really lazy attempt at analog control. That's probably why they picked it instead of plain old Legends.
