Me and my parents are gonna be in the Anaheim area of CA this Xmas for a few days, and while we already are planning to go to Disneyland, I'm just curious if anyone here who maybe lives near the area can recommended some interesting places worth checking out around there (although it doesn't have to be just Anaheim, anywhere near it and around it too) like maybe some good shops. Mainly interested in Video game/animation related stuff of course, but because we've never been to CA before, any suggestions would be nice. Ta!

I've only been there once for Anime Expo... and sadly that's not going on any time soon, nor will it be happening at the same location next year.
I did get to drive around the town for a little while during one of my days there, but we didn't see much that was of interest. Outside of the Disneyland stuff, it seemed like a fairly laid back place.

w00t! Disneyland! My favorite place ever!
...They have a killer Wal-Mart... and there's a certain Ramada hotel where I threw up in the side alley. It might still be there.
