The Pajama Diaries. Seriously, this is one that I've seen pop up in some newspapers recently. It's just... not funny... I don't know what it is.

w00t! Thanks! This helps a lot. Yeah, Ross Valory from Journey plays a bass like that (he's the guy in the picture actually). Ever since I saw it in a music video I've wanted one.

So, I stopped by my local music store yesterday and played this really sweet guitar. I forgot to get the name, though. Here's where you come in, MC. The guitar looked like this: It had a very small body in a rectangular shape. There was no head, instead it's tuned by turning dials at the very bottom of the guitar. There's a bass guitar in the same style in this picture: So... anyone know this type?

there might have been an era i which I want to see this howeverer after seeing ads for it a million jillion times, that era has passed. but that's okay because I'm fairly certain the bulk of all the funny stuff was in the theatrical trailers maybe I'll see it when it inevitably becomes Comedy Central weekend filler. Oh, no... the funny stuff wasn't even in the trailers...

Anyone see it yet? It's definitely a good movie and I highly recommend it. Very, very quotable too. Plus, Journey song ftw.

IIRC they are one and the same Usually... I think Creative Labs started that with their SoundBlaster long ago. But I'm not really sure if the trend continues with all on-board audio devices. So yeah, it's usually referred to as a "Game Port", since, with the obvious exception of computer-using musicians, the majority of folks aren't going to use it as a MIDI port and there's no real reason to recognize that capability. However, I remember the Gravis Gamepad had a double-ended connector so you didn't have to give up the port to just being a joystick! I also did once hook up a keyboard to the MIDI port in a long time ago attempt at trying to learn how to play it... that didn't last too long. Yeah, that's the kind I have. Now how do I get it working. >.< I went to a Windows support site and they said to set it up as "4 button gamepad" but that didn't work either.

BUMP.
And I should mention that it's not USB. It plugs into a port on the back with a little joystick icon next to it.

My friend let me have a Gravis Gamepad Pro because he said it wasn't compatible with his computer. I plugged it in on my computer and went to the Game Controllers list and tried to add it, but it wouldn't show up on the active list. So, I downloaded some driver software and installed it. The driver software didn't work because it said the controller wasn't in the active controllers list. So, I went to the list and added it and voila! It's there... but it says it's not connected. So, I tried reinstalling the drivers thinking maybe now that the computer detects something it'll make a difference. Well, now it's gone back to not adding it to the list. Any help?

I'm sure putting one of those screen protectors over the scratches would help.

In the third screenshot I think you can see a Chao in Space III billboard on the left side. But it's all torn up.

Wikipedia happens to be a very factual and reliable source of information depending on who edits it. I remember a while ago when Blaze was trying to write an article about Sonic 2k6 and some idiot kept changing his information back because he didn't like it. It's people like that who make Wikipedia a source of misinformation. I've gone through countless articles correcting quotes, grammar and other sources of error. It really depends on the article, too.

Gee whiz, who even REMEMBERS such an ungodly amount of characters? This... this is still wow, real or not. And yes, Milo; I noticed the "HELP ME!" though you probably did before me, as I just got back here as soon as I saw that, then read your reply. =P Yeah, I thought that was way clever. Because you can stick the kiwi in there ahnywhere... and I noticed the warp that Sofox pointed out but I couldn't pin it in a game.

Most RPGs. I've never actually beaten an RPG. I get bored or uninterested in them after a while. I've started FFVII at least three times and still haven't got past the first disc.

Well, SSF was taking frameskip to an extreme. So, it was like first NiGHTS was in this loop. then he was over there on the ceiling. So, I loaded in GiriGiri. It's slow as feck, but at least now it's playable. Is there a way to get scanlines in GiriGiri?
Jenny: For SSF you need to rename whatever bios you're using to "boot.rom". And you've got the .cue mounted, right?
