Yes, god, yes. Of course, I have a lot of general anxiety, but I have been right where you are. That uncertainty of a "sort of love letter" sent off to one you hope will respond kindly. If it's any consolation for the moment, she did respond positively for me. Didn't last, but at least it had a chance.
