Not really. I'm just pissed off because mom's obsessively rubbing in the fact that I'm "never going to get a stupid fucking wii" in my face just for the sake of making me feel bad.

Well, if you can't get a Wii get the Gamecube version XD I dunno if I mentioned it here, though, but...the launch turned out a complete opposite as I expected. Zelda, being a rushed Gamecube port, I figured would have horrid Wii controls, and had more hope for Red Steel, being as it was built for the system's controls in mind. Nintendo logically would put in more effort than Ubisoft though, I s'pose  Excite Truck looks better than the reviews say and most people who've played it seem satisfied, though  |

(Hey, I dragged ass out of bed a month ago to go preorder it when EB offered, I deserved my cakewalk, although I couldn't get hardly any accessories.)
And wow, I realize we're getting just one side of it, but your mom sounds like she's being a real bitch to play on your frustration like that. What does she hope to gain by pissing you off further, you hating her more?

Because I freaking said I wasn't going to preorder because there would be plenty left on the shelves.

As for your mother...I dunno what to say other than WHY DIDN'T YOU AT LEAST SAY THAT BEFORE GOING ON YOUR WHINEFEST SO I KNEW WHY YOU WERE COMPLAINING. Now I feel bad. But yeah, really, just look on the bright side, you're really not missing much. And even though I really can't tell for myself if your mother really IS as bad as you make it out...nobody is ever satisfied with parents. She may be acting like an incredible asshole, but why don't you go...ask her why she's being so yourself rather than just assuming she's "lording power" over you.
