I like to imagine this was created when two guys carrying pilot scripts ran into each other and didn't want to bother sorting out whose stuff was what.

I like to imagine this was created when two guys carrying pilot scripts ran into each other and didn't want to bother sorting out whose stuff was what. And then I like to imagine that the person who approved of this was high when they presented the pilot.

I have a morbid sense of curiosity as to how exactly this show differed from The Jetsons, other than probably having a crappy musical number every episode. I like to imagine this was created when two guys carrying pilot scripts ran into each other and didn't want to bother sorting out whose stuff was what. "You got carbon copy of our own show in my crappy celebrity cartoon!" "You got crappy celebrity cartoon in my carbon copy of our own show!"

Has anyone else been bothered by how in cartoons the future is synonymous with outer space? This show is clearly about the future rather than going to space but yet it was retooled as "The Partridge Family in Outer Space".

Don't you know that "putting things in outer space makes everything better?"
