... The game is being nice and forgiving about it. I killed two random NPCs so far and tried to kill a third. Unfortunately he was one of those unkillables who forgets all about you trying to chop his head off once I wakes up. So, I have four assault charges, but none for murder. I NEEDS IT! I needs it to get into the Assasin's Guild. Funny, in the OTHER character's game it counted an NPC who snapped for no reason's killing in self-defense murder. BLEH. Edit: Greeeeeat. I kill two more, and what do i get? ONE MORE ASSAULT CHARGE. It's funny, since the guy didn't seem to mind that I set his wife on fire in their own home some happy marriage.

You must be talking about the Wood Elf. Thoronir. No, since he went fucking nuts, the game counted it as self-defense and didn't penalize you. EDIT: Oh, it DID penalize you? Strange. It didn't for me...
Here's what you do: Go into some random house on the fringe of society, and kill the person there. That should do it.

I've tried that in two different towns. In my other game, the Thoronir incident didn't penalize me, but killing some necromancer did. Is like, buh?
What's the point of having keys is gaurds can just walk right into your house? Regardless, when I reload, I shall kill him and add his armor to my skull grotto. BWAA HAAA HAAAA~!
Why not just use the other file? I don't want to lose my position as Arena Champion, Head of Mage's and Head of Fighter's. I'm making a lizard woman do all my evil stuff =D.

Since when does City of Heroes have necromancers and paranoid elf people? AND happy lizard women setting fire to NPCs?

Considering the character creator, all of that is indeed possible. I mean, City of Villains even has a Necromancy mastermind. And if you're a Fire Melee/Fire Blast/Fire Control villain, and go on a Mayhem Mission, then you can set fire to any hapless citizen you feel like! AND the police.
But I'm veering off-topic. Oblivion is teh sex.

Oblivion is, righteously. Though, some features make it way less realistic, like how not a soul cares if you dance on tables and kicki everything off of them, especially WHILE they eat. What the funk?
Asshole physics are fun, but it's MORE fun if NPCs notice.
ROAST DA' POLICE~!
