The best way to solve a dispute is inarguably to kill the other person. However, that is not the most humane way, nor is it legal. However, with the person dead, there is no more dispute.
No, I wouldn't do anything like that.

Debate. Even if it doesn't resolve anything, if both parties are receptive, they'll at least be able to see the other side more clearly.

Buy a really bloody big pit bull.
Two little words solve the problem real fast:
"Sic 'em."

Life is too short to argue. Just relax. Peace, man. Peace.

Duel.
Humane? A mediator. Debate is third.

I crush them with rocks. Mainly because the argument consists of me going "hay guys don't kill me!", and the say "o yes we will1!1!". So I have no choice. NO CHOICE.
... Though it's fun to stuff them into music boxes and watch 'em get smeared by the gears, but you have to light both the lamps, you see...

The best way to end a dispute is for the other part to remember that I'm clearly smarter, if not all around better than them, and they concede defeat.

The best way to resolve a dispute, no matter how miniscule, is for both parties to get in their mechs and engage in armored COMBAT.

The key to resolving disputes is to eat some oranges and forget about it. That way, the world doesn't have to implode in your face.

One way of resolving a dispute is to ask yourself if the argument is really worth it, and if it isn't, leave it.

One way of resolving a dispute is to ask yourself if the argument is really worth it, and if it isn't, leave it. ... That is SO immature! How can you live with yourself?!? Arguments can only and WILL only be won by the gruesome death of one or more parties involved. It is fact. *SoFox is splatted by a rock*
