Because Blue has to teh import more games due to them having no US releases. Also because in the case of something I really like noone told me . The obvious being Namco x Capcom. We want Arthur to get his groove on! And Guntz! FRAGIN' GUNTZ! I love teh Guntz. Yep. Even more irritating is Kagero 2. The next Temco's Deception game, and on the PS2. What. The. Heck. Why was this never greenlighted for a US release? The first three made it, and the kids love the killing! This makes me sad. And for not-sad-making games, I'm getting the JP release of Rez for $20, and have Clock Tower: the First Fear. It came with a little mini-manga and everything ;_;... Who knew about the new Deception game? Whoo kneeew~?

I need to get a modded PS2 or something at some point. ;_; Namco X Capcom is WAAANT.
... And y'know, I didn't know they made more than one Tecmo's Deception. I loved the original.. hmm :D Did the others come out under different names, or... *quick Gamefaqs check* ... Oh, wait, I see.. they came out under just "Deception" XD I always assumed the full name was "Tecmo's Deception" for some reason.. I'ma have to look into these! YOU HAVE GOOD TASTE IN GAMES, YOU.
.. also I just noticed you have "hedgehog" spelled wrong in your sig.

Tecmo's Deception was the full US title of the first one. The second was Kagero: Deception 2 and the last was Deception 3: Dark Dellusion, I think.
This new one is a sequel to the Kagero story line. Hopefully it has less of those immortal guys in it, or "timenoids". Which was henceforce in the game called "TMD" and took all seriousness from the text. "Oh no, the TMD will kill us!".
Gamespot has a total of 5 Kagero 2 related pictures. God are they SHINY. I'm so going to do a feature on the series (the last in particular) once I move. And a Clocktower one. Scissors.
Granted what I would -love- is a new Deception title with features harking back to the original... where has our castle building gone? It isn't as though it must be terribly complex... and my pet monsters. WEREWOLF OF POWOR.
I LIKE Hedehogs! They're like hedgehogs, only with more butter.
Oh, yeah, but I'm going to get a swappydisc. I no like mod things. Thus far I have an excellent success rate with imports! I even got the original (1995) King's Field to run.

Decepticon!
... I have a stuffed otter I got at the zoo. He has a rotating head and is named MEGATRON. Kwee heh heh. And a tiny leopard I hit my traveling companions with =D. He gots hard legs!
*Coughs* yeah. The verdict for Clock Tower: the First Fear is in! TEH AWSOME. It has a rendered intro movie that does not replace anything in the game (it's just there to be cool), some added pictures of events (parrot picture, for one), reworked sound effects (sadly the parrot sounds... off) and SEQ music. I want to play it. FIND ME A PLAYER.
Plus it has this mini-booklet with a game synop for 1 and 2, plus a bloody little comic adaptation. Twice the murder! It's short, but frankly it's freaky enough. Yays!

Pretty sure one of the newer Kagero games is coming out in the US under an ugly title like "Trapt!" or something.

Oh. My. GOD.
Why the heck change the title and alienate your entire fanbase XD? Tee hee hee. At least it isn't as though it comes out -very- soon... I can justify having the import. I can cope. I can co-WAAAAH~!
If it's $20 I'll be very cross. And buy it anyway. But if it has awful US voice acting, I'll feel totally justified. Thanks for the tip, Ku! Now my soul hurts!

I'm STILL waiting for you to DIE in Clock Tower, duuude. Duuude, I did =D one of the buttons on my old DS pad sucks, and unfortunately it's the panic button. She fell through the floor near the landing of the second staircase and DIED. Timestalkers? More like Climax Landers. That name was way more interesting for it!

I was about to make a snappy comeback about how it didn't take much brainpower for Climax Entertainment to come up with "Climax Landers," but then I realized that the same could be said of the creators of "Landstalker" and "Lady Stalker" coming up with "Time Stalkers."
Well, uh... Nigel's a much more awesome name than Rail. There.
