I never saw the sonic jam/smc version of the anime op/ed, and I was wondering if anyone could give me a link to it.

I wonder if I could dump that from my copy of Sonic Jam...

The SMC version (at least in the US?) is sped-up to match the theme, don't mess with that one. Go for the Sonic Jam one.
But I think Epon had the SMC version up at one point.

I could upload that DVD .img that has every version of the Sonic CD endings and openings in supa-high quality if you want. (As soon as sepwich is back up, that is.)

Hooray! Now to plug in my external hard drive and to install Daemon Tools! I don't have any DVD+R(W)s, which is all my drive will take. I swear I purchased ± support! I swear it! Too bad I didn't.

It's a DVD image, not video. You have to either burn it or use Daemon Tools to fool Windows into thinking it's a real DVD. On Linux (probably all forms of Unix, for that matter), it's much easier. $ mount -t iso9660 dvdimg /mnt/dvdemu -o loop

Okay...so I shouldn't even bother downloading this since I lack Daemon Tools or any DVD burners/drives on this computer should I?

Well, Daemon Tools is free, so I recommend getting that.

Why require a DVD when this is only 222 Meg? Or is it set up to actually play in a standalone DVD player?

I suppose you could burn a VCD of this, but I'm not sure it'd work.

You don't actually have to burn the .img to a DVD to view this. I just downloaded MagicISO and extracted everything in the .img file. You can still view it as long as you have some sort of DVD software installed like WinDVD.
