I bought it last night and I'm not happy with the purchase. It works fine, I just dont like it, and it doesn't work well with the pad I have for some reason. I'll give it to anyone who wants it for $20. (I'll throw it on ebay if no one here wants it)

I'd buy it if:
A) I had an Xbox dance pad. B) I had $20 to spare.

I think I might just take it back and say it didnt work with my pad.
I want to get a DS game instead.

Hm... tempting for a relative, but it's the Xbox version, and I don't think they have a pad (or PS2 adapter) for that. Shame.

I'd like it better, but my pad just... freaks out, when I play on it. Im gonna call up bestbuy tomorrow, and see about their return policy.

You bought it last night? Isn't it possible to just return it to the store, then?

You bought it last night? Isn't it possible to just return it to the store, then? I have the receipt and everything, so it should be fine. My dad said he'll take me up there in about an hour. Im thinking of getting the new castlevania...

To this date, I don't think any Xbox version of Dance Dance Revolution has ever worked well with an Xbox DDR pad. From what I know, there are timing conflicts. Of course, this is heresay. I own a PS2 and a Cobalt Flux.

I've only heard about framerate issues.
I tried to take it back today, and they wouldnt give me a refund because it was open.
So I took it to EB and got a whopping 10 dollars for it. I then bought meteos, which is a much better purchase.

...A DDR game with framerate issues is REALLY poor planning. "Dear GOD, I didn't think we'd have to render TWO sets of arrows at once, AND a dancing guy with glowy effects!"

with the backround images and the dancing dude the framerate was pretty sketchy. But I turned all that off because... well I hate that crap. I cant read the arrows with it on. But even with all that off, it wasnt that smooth of a framerate for the scroll.
