Just so you know, we recorded the latest episode of the MoogCast Friday night, and I've been editing it Saturday night, just finished up and will be uploading, but it's going to take a while since I'm doing it on dial-up. But I thought I'd mention it in case you lot thought we may have forgotten about it. We were a bit more sedate this time around, the show does wind down near the end, we'll try to avoid it happening so severely in the future. We must've been all a little turkey'd/Black Friday'd out. Poor H even dozed off for a little while. ;D Topics we hit were Wii launch impressions (double-length topic since there was so much to cover), Sonic 2k6 pain, and a small sampling of the BK games, but we had to save indepth thoughts for another time. I'll be starting the upload shortly, I'll update the topic subject assuming it was sucessful when I wake up. Edit: It's up! Right Click and Save: MoogCast Session 2 (57 Meg)

I thought we were much better this time around, personally. Conversation flowed a lot more naturally and everybody seemed more comfortable than last week.

Toxic: Nah, it just means I need to do the editing and uploading the night I record it.
And it broke again, so I'll just drive over to my relative's place later today and pop it up.

You might want to look into getting an FTP client which supports resumable transfers. David (the Lurker) and I just had a lot of fun trying to transfer a large file between our computers on his constantly breaking connection. FileZilla worked well for the first 2 GB, but is unable to handle larger files. We finished the job with WinSCP, but that's for SFTP only.

I still have some thoughts about Yoshi's Island DS that I didnt make on the air, unfortunatley. Maybe I didnt forget, but some things I forgot to mention that this title doesnt have some of the key features that made the first one so great, such as elemental watermellons, Poochy, and there are (so far) no Fuzzies.
Plus a couple of glitches in Red Steel. One being that the AI quit working for one of the enemies, which made him resort to forming a T shape (For those who do 3D modeling, you know what I'm talking about)
Also to where I get to a Warehouse area and falling through the floor into an area I'm not supposed to go to. (That plane you may see in the warehouse doesnt even have the back end of it modeled...)

Also, folks, Bartman only mentions Anime Rally once! The therapy is working!
I kid, I kid =E
Sounds like Red Steel just wasn't ready for release.

Saw that happen in Sonic 2k6 once. I was playing as Amy in White Acropolis and she got hit by an enemy or knocked off/around/into a ledge or whatever, and briefly for a couple seconds she was the ol' T shape. Must've tried playing an animation she didn't have.

Listening - me and Bartman seem pretty quiet. We knew Bartman, but... hm. I didn't know I was that quiet. I'd use my 360 headset, but the cord is woefully short. Hmmmm.
Too bad Christmas is coming up, or I'd go buy one for next time.

Don't worry about "authenticity." Like I said, I hadn't noticed the sun thing at all.
