Have Wii, will waggle.
Interface is nice, but half of the stuff is missing, and apparently even though some of it is added with firmware updates already available, not only are the Forecast and News channels non-functional until a later date, but the browser isn't ready yet and the VC selection is miserable. (It doesn't even have a single TG-16 game yet, and for some of the consoles you have a vast selection of 1, or *gasp* 2.) I'm kind of agitated that Mii creation is so limited to reality (when it comes to hair color and such), but it's still neat to see them in action in the games.
Wii Sports varies. Golf seemed too oversensitive, and Boxing with someone else was fun but spazzy (I wasn't quite sure how to effectively guard, but I guess real boxing doesn't telegraph things anyway), Tennis was decent fun, Baseball was good (but I really could see pitching my arm out if I got carried away), and bowling... eh.
Rayman... wow. Maybe it was the TV I was on (not my normal gaming TV), but it just did not look that good. The character animation was funny, but the opening FMV was heavily compressed (and it wasn't even the "full bunny invasion" like in those shots before), the in-game stuff looked murky and rough, the way it transitioned into things was sudden and felt a little sloppy... but the actual minigames are class, and the bunnies are funny, even if the screaming gag gets overused.
Excite Truck: Eh, played it very briefly, was a little disappointed that you can't actually start playing the game until you've gone through Tutorial Mode. Moved on to something else at the time, will come back to it later.
Zelda... holy crap what a knockout. Everything I've hit so far has been a class act. The characters have been interesting (you even get a sense of Link's personality, and he reacts in ways you might as the player), the Wii interface becomes natural and very casual in a matter of minutes (you tune out the fairy cursor)... the art direction is absolutely fantastic, you really don't think of it as a last-gen game, particularly when things act and move better than some next-gen animation.
The only thing that's bothered me about it is that sometimes you get pinned down and killed very fast. It happened with the shopkeeper bird when I didn't know how to pay him, and it happened again early on as the wolf when three small things ganged up on me and wailed away while I was struggling in some water.
But I'm eager to go back and play further. 8.8 be damned, this already has me more enraptured than Ocarina of Time ever did.

Kulock is so right it's not even Funny. TP blows Ocarina out of the fucking water, hell, out of all liquid in general.. .it's just... wow.
Red Steel, leaves something to be desired mainly because of control. It's very joggy, I mean, it's hard to aim as is because the camera keeps moving with your mote, so shooting is made 10 x harder. I'll probably get used to it soon.
I haven't tried COD 3 yet, but will in a bit.
Wii Sports is fun. Tennis kicks ass, Boxing is a little joggy(not picking up some of my punches) and that's about all I tried for now. I'm pretty sure Zelda will keep me occupied for some time... even though at this point I'm thinking of trading in steel for Monkey ball.
more to come.

Man I wanna play Zelda right now but my Wii is UPDATING itself and it won't let me >:[] UPDATE FASTER, WIIIIII. Monkey Ball Banana Blitz is also pretty fun. I tried that a little last night before going to bed as I didn't wanna start into Zelda when I was so exhausted... the control scheme works great, although tilting the level forward is kinda awkward since if you're holding the wiimote like a remote you can't really tilt forward, you hafta kinda tilt your whole arm if you want a steep slope XD

I got a bunch of stuff, played wii sports with my girlfriend. Bowling is fun and mindless, baseball is meh, boxing feels hard to control, tennis is fun, didn't try golf.
Tried DBZ before I went to bed. Control scheme is hard but it looks like it'll be fun once I get used to it. Haven't played anything else.

Is Red Steel's control really as bad as it's said? Muh. I think I might be getting Zelda over it after all

Blast my work! I can't play Wii until later tonight.
But it will give me time to look forward to more Zelda since I got to the first dungeon.
I can't play now because my mom's having fun playing Wii Sports.

Why not play together? It's the bloody namesake of the console!

I only had money for Zelda and the system.
Not for another Wiimote.
Never expected she'd like the Wii. But then, she does own a DS.

RED STEEL'S control is HORRENDOUS. Honestly, I'm probably gonna trade this thing in for Monkey Ball. Call of Duty's control however, is quite good. In fact, the graphics on COD aren't that good, but the control almost makes up for it entirely. I'm enjoying it a lot, almost more than I did the PC version.

... Yeah, okay, wow. Red Steel is just... no. XD The controls really are horrible, and the whole game feels clunky and hard to play. If I can, I'm gonna trade it in for Excite Truck, I think...

I played a demo of Excite Truck in the store today. The controls were too responsive. I tried to bear right and swerved.

Did I mention how much I like the "PUT MUSIC FROM YOUR SD CARD AND IT PLAYS IN THE BACKGROUND" concept? Excite Truck has that going for it, if anything. And I would rather they be too responsive over clunky like Red Steel is, as I hear. Not PERFECT but you can get used to it being over-responsive while clunky controls are gonna be clunky.

Yeah, the gun stuff on Red Steel could use some work. But I love sword fighting!!

Played some more Rayman just a bit ago. It does look better on my normal TV, but some of it still seems kind of rough. (Like something about the framerate and "dinge" of the shooter areas almost reminds me of the N64, but I'm not saying the actual graphics are on that level.) The minigames would be good if they were shorter, but they generally push you too far to be fun. You either have to keep up a heavy, flailing motion sequence for too long, or you have to do something annoyingly fast. And most of the games, at least to my understanding, don't have an ending even if you're really good, they just keep going until you croak. (But maybe you just need to be really, really good at some of them.) At least it has a fairly wide range of music and different "countdowns" for many of the minigames.
And I have to say the dancing/music minigame is the most polished and fun. And I did like the DJ outfit I unlocked. (Which the game uses pretty much everwhere he appears in realtime, I think.) You can mix and match pieces if that's your thing.
I'll get through it, it's just that some of the minigames stop being fun when you have to make a third or fourth attempt. Bunnies Don't Close Doors got old really fast.
Oh, one other thing that struck me during a cinema. There's some stickers (like bands) on the locker where Rayman's outfits are kept, and one of them reads as three letters (I can't remember what they were), then a circled "69". Interesting thing slipped into an E-rated game, even if it is vague.
