Apple is now bringing an XBLA-like service for their video iPods. Now you can play games such as Tetris, Zuma, Pac-Man, etc on the iPod, all designed with the wheel in mind and for only $5 at the iTunes store. This seems to be big news seeing that iPods seem to attract the same large market of people who play cellphone games. And Tetris is pretty casual as you can get. Source: Gizmodo

Because you can't play Tetris or Pac-man on your Mobile Phone already. Now with even more awkward controls!

Maybe this will lead to homebrewed games without having to install Linux on the iPod.

Because you can't play Tetris or Pac-man on your Mobile Phone already. Now with even more awkward controls! Actually I can't on mine. For some reason if I ever try to load a game onto it, it just doesn't work - I wanted fricking Metal Slug.
