They've been fireworking across the street for a long time now. They must being trying to use them up or something. Jeez.

Heh, my aunt bought $300 worth of fireworks from Cheyanne - the kind of stuff that's illegal here in Colorado. =P I suspect I'll be receving $20 in fireworks when I go there tomorrow, as a birthday present.

The entire freaking month is a celebration over here. At least that's what my neighbors seem to think.
Happy blah whatever, regardless.

Ahh, when I lived in Fort Collins, me and my dad would do that every year. Cheyyane is probably the best place to get yer fireworks cause there is nothing else to do in wyoming.

I'm sick. Yay.
Until I can get ahold of those exploding cardboard frogs and the endearing flaming tanks, I'm not interested. I loved those when I was a pup. Stupid sparkling flaming tubes. They don't even melt army men.

Being Irish, I usually shrug off all the Fourth of July stuff I see on the internet each year, but since I'm spending this Summer in Seattle, I'm actually able to take part in the festivities, so happy 4th of July everybody who's located inside America.

Spending five hours throwing low-grade explosives at family members during a block-party sure wears you out. My thumb is throbbing (the little wheel on the side of the lighter is to blame for that) and my legs are worn out. :E
What's great is I still have enough fireworks left over for next year.

Booooo Humbug! Least the brits still own australia and a bunch of tiny worthless islands all over the place. If you think about it the brits kinda won in a way, we managed to kill all the native americians and claim the land for ourselves, so woot for us. Least we celebrated the defeat of the french several hundred years ago sometime this weekish. We won't bother claiming the land back now, you've ruined it with litter and dangerous chemicals anyway, so enjoy your paper related holiday.

Firstly, killing the natives is a bad thing. Secondly, I think we did most of that, anyway.
