...from a New York Senator and someone from CNN. www.gamespot.com/news/2005/06/22/news_6128015.htmlRecently, on CNN's Nancy Grace, she covered in one episode about Charles Schumer's plea to ban "25 To Life", a new game where you can either be a cop or a criminal. Of course, we're back to the old "Video Games cause Violence" problem. Why don't they just give up already?

Because a new medium hasn't been invented yet. As soon as they don't understand a more advanced form of entertainment they'll give up on videogames and move on.

Wow, someone brought up the point of 'Where are the parents?' And then this woman is just oblivious to that comment, and moves on.

There are people out there, people who consider thing on their own merit. Who realise there's no urgency to form a solid opinion and so are more open to new information. Who realise they may not know evereything, that their views are always only from their own perspective and so are open to other opinions and information when they hear them. Who understand they may be wrong and always willing to reconsider. Who react with thought, logic and common sense when questioned or asked to express themselves. Unfortunatly, with (American) video game violence debates, these people are not often seen.
