Gametrailers has started a new user movie contest. After the somewhat depressing defeat at the hands of the last Gametrailers Usermovie contest... I have decided to plan ahead. And I already have a great concept in mind. The grand prize this time is $1,000. Wish me luck, you guys!

Don't you know wishing luck is unlucky? It's best to say crap!
Or maybe it just work over here?

Too bad the grand prize is actually $1000 in EB games money. If it were real money, and I won that contest, I'd totally buy me a car.

yes, but that 1,000 can buy him a Wii60 or PS3 the latter of which he could sell on ebay

If the PS3 wasent priced so high, I'd say "It's going to be like the xbox 360 and there will be a shortage, with them selling for over $1000 on ebay!" And totally have him preorder one. But I really dont see something that costs $600 selling out too quick.

Edit: Wii60 was the first thing to pop into my head, yeah. But then I saw Ebgames also sells Alienware Desktops... Decisions, decisions. Oh well! Better not count my chickens before they hatch, etc.

Dave is a little fatter than Mario and if you think about it, he kind of looks like Wayne Knight.

Fine. I guess I could explain.
I might have to worry about competition, since Mario is a popular character, but the User Movie contest is for the lesser-known siblings of famous videogame characters.
I am planning on doing a Mock-u-mentary-esque short entitled, "Two's Company, Three's a Crowd: The Story of the Third Mario Brother". Dave Mario.
Dave is the black sheep of the Mario clan. He still lives with his parents. He's a little overweight and is nowhere near as brave or as talented as his brothers. The short will deal with what Dave has to go through being the lesser-known Mario brother. I'm planning several scenarios to show Dave in.
I will hopefully be doing all the voice work for the short myself. (I'm a greedy bastard and don't want to share the prize money if any.)

One minute problem: Isn't Mario famous for being overweight already? I know he's a little fatter, but still...

Mario isn't really that fat. He's... husky, sure, but, for example, Wario is a lot fatter than Mario.

JARRINGLY STACHELESS. That alone is enough reason for him to fail as a Mario Brother. Poor chap :[

Hair looks a little flat, color-wise. Try adding a little shine. ...oh wait, you weren't asking for C+C, were you? Force of habit.

I just realized that I used the word "just" twice in the same sentence. Oh, I did it again!
