Oh yeaaaaaaah I forgot to test this under Wine, didn't I?
Wait, I think I did. And it crashed. Oh well, that's not your fault. I can't imagine very many people would play it under Wine anyway.

Hm... got through all the Time Trials and one of the "Get 100 Points" so far. (Got four coins! Nothing happened yet, though.)
For some reason, the blue city level in Time Trial ran horrendously slow. I don't know if it was a fluke, or if it happens during just that specific race type, or all of them (maybe the semi-transparent light overlays?), because the rest ran just fine.
It plays better than I remember it last, looks like you took out powersliding (or is that just for the heavier characters? Ash couldn't seem to do it). I like the options for camera and names being available too.

I think I know what could be the problem for the third level slowing down, but it'll be next week until I can upload a fix for that...

You know you can put an image inside a link too, right? You just have to write it like this:

Just thought it was strange that your sig banner wasn't clickable.

Just a small bump to say the music is finally put up on the website, sorry for the delay, just one level I didnt have a good idea for the music, so I just picked Kirby Air Ride at random...
Which level is it? That would be telling...
Go get it at the website.

I'm sure everyone is sick and tired of Anime Raly and isnt bothering to read this topic (Except maybe my good buddy YSMN) but when I was at work today, I was wondering what would happen if Anime Rally were to get expansion packs?
At least one, for obvious reasons. A bigger character selection and more maps. I figure that Anime Rally was to help accomplish goals for me: make an awesome character kart racer with splitscreen capabilities and to get me more into anime. I most definatley accomplished both, and watching shows on Adult Swim, as well with my anime DVDs and manga volumes of Full Metal Alchemist, I should do more. Unfortunatley, this is the line in which I say I cant do this by myself anymore, it takes too long.
The reason why theres only 16 characters is because Click and Create/Multmedia Fusion express only allowed 16 different 'animations' in which each standard animation (Stopped, Walking, etc.) represents a character. It wasnt until Multimedia Fusion that allowed to have more animations, and the transfer from CNC to MMF came fairly late in the game. Not to mention I had to give every character their own special attack. Getting all 16 characters an attack to work in Single Player and Multiplayer is VERY time consuming, and if I had to go fix something, I had to do it in every frame. 10 frames for Single Player, and 40 for Multiplayer. Thats 50 times I have to fix or add something! If I can get two or three level designers and some graphic artists, I may consider doing an expansion pack. I just need some workload taken off my shoulders to get something done.
It took me 3 years to finish Anime Rally, I want to squish the completion time for an expansion pack to 3 weeks at the most. Do I have any takers?

Anyway I'll gladly loan my sprite powers to this, assuming it really will only take a little while. I don't want to get you into another year of CNC/MMF torture.
