I actually think this is some of the best work I've seen from you. It's pretty nicely detailed and fits the concept flawlessly. After a moment I started playing "How many Sonics can you find?!"
Also, why don't you get a dA account to put all your stuff on (if you don't have one already that is)?

Also, why don't you get a dA account to put all your stuff on (if you don't have one already that is)? Please, I beg of you, Spazz, please stop advertising dA to artists. I'm sick and tired of their slow server and poor interfaces. (4 clicks to see a picture full size if it's not featured? Thank you, no.) Artists like to stick their stuff up there and put it only there, and it's a pain to go to. I've stopped following the progress of some of my favorite artists because their work is only available on dA.

Please, I beg of you, Spazz, please stop advertising dA to artists. Huh? You say that like It's something I've done before. I've never advertised dA or suggested that someone sign up for an account there (that I remember) before now. But..whatever. P.S. Sorry Jackel.

He's got one already, Spazz. But geez, Squiggs, don't be so lazy. OH MY GOD FOUR ENTIRE CLICKS MY FINGERS ARE GOING TO EXPLODE FROM EXHAUSTION. I do admit they have a lot of lag problems and I have more than enough criticism on their CRITIQUE DISCOURAGED system the snobbier artists take up, but where else are you going to go if you don't know HTML or can't afford webspace? Sheezyart? (I emphasize the "sheez".) And don't be so touchy with Spazz, I have never seen him advertise DevArt so even if he has in the past it can't have been too many times.

Right, but I would have said the same thing to anyone.
Anyway, the four clicks, beside being bad design, wouldn't matter if it didn't take 10 seconds for each page to load (and then it has to load the picture). Overall, the design and interface of dA is so poorly thought out as to be nearly unusable when coupled with its long lag time. Besides, you don't need to know HTML, which really isn't hard to learn at all, if you have Dreamweaver, Nvu, or any other sort of WYSIWYG editor. Look, I don't care if it's a lovejournal or something, just as long as it isn't dA (or MySpace). And I don't even care if anyone has a dA account, but I'll never use it, so I'd appreciate a mirror somewhere else.

I'm all for faster loading times, but such is life! Patience goes a long way. People will always perfer using the popular method rather than an alternative, however much "better" they may be, because then their work gets more attention. Furthermore, it's a little ridiculous to be saying "USE SOMETHING DIFFERENT BECAUSE I DON'T USE DEVIANTART".
Besides, you're really exaggerating the loading times. I am not saying DeviantArt doesn't EVER lag, but it's not as frequent as you seem to insist. I just went on and managed to load an animated gif in *gasp* about a second flat!
Speaking of which, what do you even mean with four clicks? One click on the link to the image. Depending on your setting, another click to zoom in on said image. (This can be changed in your options or something I think) And then you're at the image.
I'm not saying DeviantArt is great, but this is a ridiculous arguement, especially coming from someone like you.

And the HTML if you're going that route.

I feel really bad that I derailed this topic. Sorry, Jackel, it's really nice! I like how you drew his quills, especially :9 And the little rabbit jumping out is a nice touch.

I like how evil Robotnik looks. Also, the spikes look cool pointing towards the center like that.

FYI, clicking the image takes you to the DA version, so this arguement was for nothing. And thankums.

1) I hate you for drawing so well >=( 2) Use Jpegs please. Giant PNGs make me sad, even on broadband (...okay, I'm in the middle of torrenting Dokuro-chan. So sue me. Wait! Don't!)

Yeeeeaaaa--NO. Not quite. Jpegs are terrible for some things, but are well suited for this.

Huh. What program are you using to save them? I always use Photoshop, but...hmm...what has a preview with adjustable settings that's free? ...GIMP?
