Usually I get nachos when I go to the movie theater. I'll also eat regular Tostitos with taco sauce, but I don't actually like salsa, with all the chunks of stuff in it. Not even of the Salsa is fresh and homemade? I used to hate salsa also, but that because I only tired that preserved, bottled, El-Paso or Tostitos brand crud. Fresh salsa is always better. Personally, I like good pico de gallo, but if I don't have access to a cutting board and ingredients (or some place where someone's grandmother makes the stuff in the back. That stuff wins, I assure you) (like from now until the end of next week . finals FTL ) , I'll take a Pace salsa, preferably one of the "themed" salsas, like or "Cilantro or Red Pepper" or "Lime and Garlic." Although, there is something better then the kinds that I've mentioned, come to think of it. When you go to local events, sometimes you'll find little local salsa makers. They're usually kinda pricey, but you're never going to see them again, so why not? They're going to be the salsa that you use sparingly because it's so good. And that's my $2.00 on salsa. Although, do places other than my little wing of California have good salsa selection? I'm curious.

Ahahaha, I misunderstood. When you said "they" I thought you were referring to your friends, rather then your Nachos.

So you thought my friends had cheese, salsa and beef on them? And that I though they were pretty tasty?
You have a demented mind, H Hog.

Here's a random question: Do they sell Dill Pickle doritos in the US?

I think they do, as that sounds very familiar. I may be thinking of some other oddly flavored chips though.

There wa also Ketchup Doritos, though I'm thinking that's a Canada only thing, since Canada is one of the few coutnries that has Ketchup potato chips as a main flavour.

I think you may be wrong about that one. I remember being addicted to Heinz Ketchup flavored potato chips for a while.

Here's a random question: Do they sell Dill Pickle doritos in the US? Not in California, at least. I'd go out on a limb and say no, though.

How the hell do other countries survive without Ketchup chips? How can you put ketchup on chips, without using the British definition of chips? Is the stuff at least possessive of more taste than ketchup?? Humor the American here.

You can put ketchup on fries.
Fries are made of potatoes
Chips are made of potatoes
You can put ketchup flavour on chips.
It honestly is really good.

Are we talking British chips, or American chips?

Potato Chips. American potato chips. Flavoured with Ketchup, just like they would be with Salt and Vinegar.

I'm thinking American chips? And I guess that I see potato with ketchup as something that must be warm. Cold fries fail, no matter what's on it. But now that I think about it, why don't we have ketchup chips? Why are you Canadians keeping them from us?

Potato Chips. American potato chips. Flavoured with Ketchup, just like they would be with Salt and Vinegar. Hmm. Most potato chips I eat taste nothing like potatoes, therefore I think they would be mostly terrible with ketchup. Pringles, Fritos ... I have a tough time believing those would be anything but a painful experience for all involved. However, I find it very believable that a particularly potatoey brand of potato chip would taste quite potato-tastic when served with the gloppy red stuff alongside.

I'm rather hoping for something like tomato Pretz (I imagine that they'd be almost identical to your tomato chips?), since I love eating those things. I can't believe that I've forgotten them until now.

I've got to say, don't knock it 'till you try it. Both dipping in the ketchup and the red ketchup flavouring powder make for delicious chips.
