Death

Why do people die so young? The world is a cruel bastard and I hate it, why do friends die like that, out of the blue, one minute you say see ya later, then next thing you know they made the frontline of the newspaper, dead. Three people close to me died in the last week or two and I just don't know what to think, I keep thinking they aren't dead then reality kicks in, it's hard to remember that you won't see them down the street and you can't pick up the phone and just talk. You can't hang out anymore and you can't just knock on the door and say hi it's me. Death sucks. Wow. The same thing has happened to me and CyStorm just last Friday. This is the first time one of my classmates has died. He wasn't my friend (in fact, I found him to be a bit annoying and our personalities didn't really agree) but it feels really weird knowing he no longer exists and I could never possibly see him again. Despite our differences, I could never wish such an early and tragic death on ANYONE. His close friends and family must feel absolutely terrible. Cy posted a blog entry about it here.

Sorry to hear that. I hope you do get through this ok.
Reminds me of some of my pets passing away. Maybe not un-natural, but it still sucked quite a lot.

No court case no nothing, off the hook like that and what's worse is he's hit someone before and he only got a warning or something, in total that's four people he's ran over surely he shouldn't be allowed to drive, but that's the way the justice system works, there is none.
I wouldn't be able to take up drinking since he died near the pub and I wouldn't be able to go near there, even though I have to pass that spot everyday on the bus.

Alright, I'm pissed now. The guy runs over 4 people...and he's off the hook? That's just...Yeesh...And I'm sure the guy feels little no remorse either, he's probably more scared for his own ass if he moved. But...yeah...I'm sorry to hear. Not much else I could say than that. I don't think I'd really be able to help with anything, really, but if you need someone to talk with, I'm always open.

That's just...Yeesh...And I'm sure the guy feels little no remorse either, he's probably more scared for his own ass if he moved. I dunno, I think that's a bit unfair. It's possible the guy does feel a lot of guilt but just lacks the gut to own up to everything.

It's possible the guy does feel a lot of guilt but just lacks the gut to own up to everything. If he's already had previous incidents he shouldn't even be on the road. Furthermore, if he was let off last time with a warning/maybe a few points on liscence, this time at LEAST he should have completly lost his liscence. But that basically amounts to 3 counts of dangerous driving, and 1 one Death by dangerous driving. I mean, my God, the law does far worse to uninsured drivers and those driving without a liscence, and thats obviously because there's money involved. Lets have a big hand for our good old British Justice System.

Ironically since everyone was pissed at the british justice system we got the local builders to give the village teenagers bricks and they bricked the gits house to hell and after everyone constantly complained at the police there will be a court case, so now the guy has a wrecked home and might go to jail for manslaughter for up to 15 years and everyone got away with vanderlising his house.

I know a little how you feel. Two years ago years one of my favorite teacher died. Overnight. While she was grading homework. Just remember, death is a natural part of life. It must be very hard for you, though. My condolences.
